We mainly focus on notes in FL, GA, LA, NC, VA, MD, OH but we are committed to helping you in any way we can!

Our seasoned team’s goal is to provide efficient, professional and hassle-free experiences to note owners.

Our President, Jerry Sanders, lives in Jacksonville, FL and is a pilot. He and his wife have four children and six grandchildren. He earned an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a BS in Mechanical Engineering. As a real estate investor, Jerry has been buying and selling single and multi-family homes, commercial real estate, land and notes for more than 30 years.
